chamball

This recipe emerged - literally - out of ‘what we found in the cupboard in order to fuel long days ski touring in the mountains around Chamonix, France. There’s a little something in there for everyone -- except the chocolate-lovers (see Mudballs!). Originally from the USA, Nora was raised on ‘trail mix’ when out hiking and camping with her family. Chamballs try to replicate the sweet and salty nature of trail mix, replacing some of those electrolytes lost to righteous sweat!
